How long will it take to process my order?
All orders require 24-48 hours of processing time before shipping (excluding weekends and some holidays).
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped and tracking information is updated, you can see the tracking number by logging into your fab&GO account and clicking the “Track Your Order” option.
Can I talk to a real person?

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What's going on?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely an issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
My order won't go through. What should I do?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

Oh no! I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Don't worry! If you made a mistake in your order such as putting in the wrong shipping address or choosing the wrong size, please contact email@example.com and we will do everything we can to correct your order as soon as possible.
What happens if an item I order Is sold out?
Occasionally a tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. We will attempt to contact a client with information on out of stock items.We reserve the right to partially fill orders that contain out of stock products. We will provide a refund for any item that is not fulfilled.

All orders over $75 include FREE priority shipping worldwide. Standard shipping may range from ($8.95-$17). Your fab&GO items are shipped from our different warehouses (located in London, Hong Kong, Philadelphia, and New York USA).
Please understand that it takes 24-48 hours to process the order. Normally, we do NOT process and ship orders after 1PM PST. Please allow up to 2 business days for some orders to process (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
All of our hair products can be coloured or lightened. We highly recommend a colour preview test on a swatch of hair to see how your new colour will look. Most importantly, use the services of a professional colourist to dye your hair extensions.
How often should I wash/shampoo my virgin natural hair?
Wash it as often as you like and condition when possible, remember this hair is very strong and durable. We recommend that you shampoo your extensions at least once a week. Be careful to pay attention to your natural hair underneath, making sure to dry it properly to prevent mildew. Moreover, we recommend you check our Argan Deluxe Hair Bundle to soften, hydrate and detangle washed hair!
How long will this hair last?
With proper care, our hair extensions will last from 12 months to 24 months.
